For more details, please see our accommodation pages or contact us with your enquiry.

Rare breed centre

Open every weekend from Easter, Bank Holidays and weekdays during school holidays, our Rare Breed Centre is always a great hit with young and old alike.

Why not arrange a visit for your school, social or hobby group to meet and learn about rare breed farm animals and the wildlife of a traditional farm? We can tailor the itinerary for individual parties to ensure each gets the experience it seeks, making it a great day out for everyone.

As of 2011 we have been offering schools residential stays, with activities integrated alongside Key Stage objectives. Should this be something that your school might be interested in taking part in please register your interest and we will get further information over to you.

Even a day visit will bring relaxation and joy. It's a fun packed learning experience. You can picnic in areas around the farm (we have an indoor area if it's wet) and you can round off the day with delicious farmhouse cakes and snacks in the tearoom.
